Poudre River Regional Tournament
Judge Registration

Welcome & Thank You for Volunteering!

Please check your Spam/Junk folder and add webguy@odysseyofthemind.com and judges@coloradoodyssey.org to your Safe list

Thank for agreeing to judge at the Poudre River Regional Tournament on Saturday, March 23 at Lincoln Middle School in Ft. Collins! We have many roles and are confident you will find one that you will enjoy on tournament day. Before registering, please view a description of each judging role on the Colorado Odyssey website at Judges Roles & DescriptionsDue to the restrictions on work email spam filters, we recommend you use a personal email account.

Here are the next steps:

  • Complete your registration by January 25 or the team will incur a late judge registration fee.
  • Ensure the team is credited with providing a judge by selecting "Yes" to the question "Are you representing a team?" and enter the school/membership name and number, problem, and division from your notification email.
  • If you have children participating, please select "Yes" to the question "Do you have any children/relatives competing?" to ensure we do not assign you to judge one of your children's problems.
  • 1st & 2nd year judges are required to attend a half-day training session (coaches are not allowed to attend). An email with the problem and role you have been assigned along with a Zoom link will be sent to you approximately one week before training.  First year judges will also need to complete a self-paced online introduction prior to attending Judges Training via Google Classroom.
  • There are 2 training sessions from which to choose. We ask that you check in 15 minutes prior to the start time.
    • Saturday, February 10, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm, Zoom
    • Saturday, February 24, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm, Zoom
  • As a reminder, judges will not be able to see their child’s performance so that we may provide consistent judging to all teams throughout the tournament.  In addition, if the team you represent advances to the state tournament, then you are required to advance with the team and judge at the state tournament on April 6, 2024.

Thank you again for volunteering your time!
