Furthermore, I understand that I MUST ATTEND THE ONLINE JUDGES TRAINING session Saturday, February 10, 2024 from 10:00am to 1:00pm EST.     Online Training information and web links will be emailed approximately one week prior to training. I understand that it is my responsibility to contact the Judge Facilitator at codirector@kyootm.com if I have not received the Online Training information and web links by this time.   Judge duties for the Regional Qualifier on February 24, 2024 may begin as early as 7:00am EST and end as late as 5:00pm EST. The qualifier will be held at Dixie Heights High School in Edgewood, KY. I understand that if I fail to attend the Judge Training and/or the Regional Qualifier, the School Membership or Team that I registered for as their “Judge Credit” will be assessed a $125 penalty fee that must be paid before they can compete at the State Tournament should they advance.   If I have children or relatives that are competing on a team, I understand that I may NOT participate on a judging team on which they are competing nor be able to stop the competition by leaving my Problem site to watch them compete.  I understand and agree with the above terms and conditions.(e)
