By agreeing to be a judge, I affirm that I am 18 yrs old or older and understand that I must attend the judges training session Saturday, January 23, 2010. Training will be at Shenendehowa High School West in Clifton Park, NY from approx. 9:00 am to 1:00. We will email you an agenda. Coffee and light breakfast will be served.

Judge duties on March 6, 2010 for the Region 7 Tournament will begin as early as 7:00 am and end as late as 5:00 pm and will be at Shenendehowa High Schools, East and West in Clifton Park, NY. Breakfast & lunch will be provided.

I will find a replacement if I cannot attend the Judges' Training and Regional Tournament. I also understand that once I am trained, I am committed to judge since a replacement cannot be trained.

By agreeing to be a volunteer in a position other than a judge, I affirm that I will be present and perform all duties assigned to fulfill this commitment.
