World Finals Hightlights

The Odyssey of the Mind 2011 Spirit Award Recipient is Rita Sleeman for dedicating over 30 years of excellent service to Odyssey of the Mind students around the world in her role as Problem Three IPC. She exemplified Odyssey Spirit with her giving nature and dedication to creative problem-solving.

The 2011 Creativity Award Goes to Newseum-- for showing museumgoers the importance of freedom of speech in a creative and entertaining way! The Newseum also participated in the Creativity Festival and gave everyone at WF discounted admission to its innovative museum.

Special thanks goes to Bob DuBois -- for his dedication to OotM. Bob announced his retirement this year. He volunteered for over 30 years and served many of them as scoreroom IPC. He is credited with modernizing the scoreroom.
