dyssey of the Mind teams took over the University of Colorado at 2005 World Finals. With each year, the event grows and people from all over the world get a chance to share their ideas and cultures. Here are a few highlights from the event:
  Teams traveled to World Finals from 33 U.S. States and 16 other countries.
  Pennsylvania had the most World Champion teams with a total of three; China, Maine, New York, and Singapore each had two; and Arizona, Canada, California, Colorado, Connecticut, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Texas each had one first place team.
  It is estimated that over half a million pins were traded.
  A total of 763 teams competed this year.
  Singapore teams had the furthest to travel to World Finals, with a distance of 9,048 miles between there and Boulder. Hong Kong is second furthest with 7,456 miles and Kazakhstan is third with a distance of 6, 697 miles.
  Japan has the greatest time difference, being 16 hours ahead of Mountain Time in Colorado.
  For the first time, NASA brought both Space and Earth sci-ences to World Finals at one time.
