Problem 3: Get the Message?
he team will present its list and graphic
documentation of the three stages
of its chosen Earth process to the Staging
Area Judge, along with its required paperwork.
The competition site will be a minimum
of 7' x 10' and will not be marked.
When the team finishes its presentation, it
must signal the judges. An Overtime penalty will be assessed if the
team takes more than 8 minutes. The Timekeeper will call "Time"
after one minute of overtime, and the team must stop.
