FAQ on Member Login

I can't login.
Please make sure your browser's cookie is enabled. A browser's cookie allow website to save a little information on your computer, it is enabled by default, but it is often disabled for security. Cookie is needed to login.

I got an error "<number> is not a current Membership number"
Membership is annual, and members must renew their memberships every year. To renew your membership, please click here. Additionally, membership applications are processed in one or two business days.

I got an error "Membership number and zip code does not match"
We used the zip code from the membership application. If your school sent in the membership application from the district office or a coach's address, then you need to use the zip code that's on the membership application.

I renewed my membership online, and the number doesn't work.
Membership applications are processed in one or two business days. Please try to login to members area, one or two business days after.

I am an international member, and I don't have a zip code.
For international members, please try to use your postal code as the zip code. If you don't have a postal code, please use a SPACE(space bar once) to login.
